Buy from any shop in China, Turkey or the Emirates. At checkout, give the Al Fares address for that country and put your name on the parcel.

We weigh and pack
Several orders waiting for you go into one parcel, so you pay for one shipment instead of three. Fragile things get a box of their own.

Parcels leave on the next flight we have booked. Heavy business cargo can go by sea instead, when weight matters more than days.

From the office on Airport Road our drivers cover the coast, the mountain and the Bekaa. Delivery to the door is priced by town; collection at Airport Road is free. Sea cargo is cleared at the port of Beirut or the port of Tripoli, whichever is closer to you.

Before you ship
- How is the price worked out?
- Air shipments are priced per kilogram, sea shipments per cubic metre. A large, light parcel is charged on its volume. Send us your waybill and we reply with the rate for that lane.
- How do I use your address?
- At checkout, enter the Al Fares address for the country you are buying from and your own full name as the recipient. The shop delivers to our warehouse and we take it from there.
- Can I wait and send several orders together?
- Yes. Tell us to hold, and your parcels wait at the warehouse until the last one arrives. We pack them as one shipment and you pay once.
- Where is my parcel?
- Send your name or the shop's order number on WhatsApp and we tell you which step it is at: at the warehouse, in the air, at customs or on the road.
- What can't you carry?
- Loose lithium batteries, perfumes and other flammable liquids, aerosols, cash, weapons and anything that needs a permit in Lebanon. If you are not sure, ask before you order.
- Who handles customs?
- We do, at the airport and at the ports. Any duty Lebanese customs charges on your goods is itemised on your receipt.
- How do I pay?
- In cash on delivery, or at Airport Road when you collect. Businesses shipping regularly can settle by transfer.
- Can you pay my supplier for me?
- For regular importers, yes. We settle the supplier's invoice in China or Dubai, up to $1,000,000, and you pay us after the goods arrive, with no interest and no extra cost. Ask us for the conditions.
- Do you ship from other countries?
- Our daily lanes are China, Turkey and Dubai. For another origin, send us the details and we tell you whether we can book it and at what rate.
- Do you ship cars?
- Yes, from Dubai to Beirut by sea. Send the make, model and year and we quote the shipping, the clearance and the registration papers you will need.
